Yanke Trail Motel - 10 Room Renovation Project
Yankee Trail Motel & Restaurant is walking distance to the famous Squam Lake, or “On Golden Pond” as it was known in the famous 1981 movie with Henry Fonda & Katharine Hepburn, and across from White Oak Pond in Holderness, New Hampshire. They are also close to Lakes Winnipesaukee, Little Squam & Newfound Lake.
We completely renovated this 10-room motel with all new plumbing & bathroom fixtures, electrical & light fixtures, heat & A/C, doors, windows, drywall, flooring, shiplap & paint, siding, mechanical room, exterior site work with new drainage, concrete sidewalk, fieldstone steps, loam & seeded backyard.

New Hampton Farmhouse Renovation
Careful care and consideration went into remodeling this 1810 Farmhouse keeping a lot of the woodwork, built-ins, doors, fireplaces, hidden doors, staircase, wood floors & barn, which is a Spring project in tact. Complete overhaul and renovations went into the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and most of the entire 5800 square foot home. We completed this project with all new electrical service and wiring, brand new state of the art heating system and new plumbing throughout.
Farmhouse Sunroom
We knew that turning this once deck into a sunroom would extend our living space for all 4 seasons. We added large Marvin windows to let in as much light and the outdoors into this space, shiplap walls, which are painted in SW Alabaster, LVP flooring, tongue and groove wood ceilings and we made faux beams with material from a local lumber supplier.
Cabin Renovation
This cozy little cabin nestled in a quiet cove on Squam Lake received some much needed updating. New kitchen with custom made cabinets, flooring, windows, doors, interior walls, light fixtures and electrical work, and screened in porch to enjoy the view of the lake.
